Lets look at the “high end” of our market — 27 homes sold over $1,500,000 in 2020. It made up approximately 10% of our market sales in 2020. The average price in this segment was $2,535,382.  Florida law allows us to rebate a portion of our commission to either a buyer or a seller in a sale, the amount can be substantial, particularly in a high end home sale.
