Captiva Cove is a bayside Complex of 7 units on Captiva Drive with views of the Gulf and the Bay. Amenities include a pool, dock and a sauna. Units range from a two bedroom 2 bath plus den of 1768 square feet under air to a 4 bedroom three and a half plus den unit of 3416 square feet.  They don’t allow rentals at Captiva Cove. As with other Captiva condominiums, a beach re-nourishment fee is a mandatory cost for Captiva condo owners.

Captiva Hide-A-Way on Old Lodge Lane is a small bay front complex of 8 two bedroom, two bath residences of 1200 square feet under air. Amenities include a pool, fishing pier and sauna. The rental policy allows 7 day minimum rentals. Once again, Captiva condo owners will incur the extra cost of the beach re-nourishment fee.

Captiva Shores is a 21 unit gulf to bay community of two bedroom, two and half bath and three bedroom, two and a half bath units of 1480 square feet up to 2400 square feet under air. Some units have views of the Gulf of Mexico and some have views of Pine Island Sound. Amenities include a pool and deep water dockage.

Captiva Shores has a minimum 7 day rental policy. Captiva Beach re-nourishment fees apply to this complex.

Casa Blanca is a near beach community on Sanibel Island’s east end. Casa Blanca consists of nine units in total. Floor plans are one and two bedroom units from 600 to 1200 square feet under air, including a cottage. Very close to East End Deli and shops. Owners will enjoy use of the pool. 30 day minimum rentals. No pets allowed.

Chelsea Place is Sanibel’s Crown Jewel of condominiums. There are only 3 residences in this Gulf front development built in 1989 on Middle Gulf Drive. Each Chelsea Place residence offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Each unit takes up an entire floor. Chelsea Places boasts Sanibel’s largest condo floorplans of 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths of 3230 square feet under air and an additional 375 square feet in balcony space. Owning a residence here is similar to owning a gulf front single family home. Owners share a pool, spa and deeded beach access. These residences are very rarely for sale.

Clam Shell is an intimate east end complex of 6 units: one bedroom one bath and two bedroom, two bath condos of 885 to 1250 square feet under air on the Gulf of Mexico. The rental policy is a 28 day minimum rental in season and 7 days in the off-season. Please email or call us to verify as policies can change year to year. This rental policy keeps the complex private but hampers the generation of strong rental income. Guests enjoy use of the pool.

Colonnades is an affordable near beach complex of 36 one bedroom units of 600 square feet plus a 75 square foot lanai. It is very convenient to the Gulf of Mexico. Their rental policy allows daily rentals. This offers a better offset of costs for owners who decide to rent out their units. One cat or dog is allowed per owner. Owners enjoy use of a heated pool, BBQ, laundry, shuffleboard and an onsite rental office.

Compass Point is offers some of the most beautiful condominiums on Sanibel Island. Consisting of 45 two bedroom residences of 1339-1389 square feet under air with an additional 170-215 square feet of balcony space. Some units have direct Gulf views and come units have lesser views. Top Floor units have rooftop sundecks and some units have ground floor cabanas. A mixture of winter residences and prime rental units. Just walk across West Gulf Drive to the Sanibel Golf Club. Compass Point allows weekly rentals. Amenities include a pool, 2 tennis courts, BBQ and covered parking.

Coquina Beach is a mid-island complex directly on the Gulf of Mexico made up of forty 2 bedroom 2 bath units ranging from 1200 to 1281 square feet under air. Some of the condos are 2 story condos with lofts. Their rental policy allows for 7 day rentals. Amenities include pool, tennis and BBQ.
