South Seas Plantation has an in-house rental program that shares rental income with owners and allows guests access to the full resort amenities. Close to Chadwick’s Square, you can preorder your groceries then walk to the Captiva Provision Company, a full service gourmet grocery store.Also at Chadwick’s Square: Kay Casperson Lifestyle Spa & Boutique. As with other Captiva condominiums, a beach re-nourishment fee is a mandatory cost for owners. South Seas Resorts boasts 2.5 miles of pristine beach front.

A friendly east end complex of four units within a quick walk to the beach. Owners and guest will enjoy the heated pool, tennis, BBQs and garage. 3 bedroom 3 bath plus loft units are 1926 square feet under air plus ample lanai space. Rentals are limited to 30 day minimum rental. Located on Ferry Road near Sanibel’s original Ferry Landing, Bayview Village offers views of the bay within a close walk to the east end shops on Periwinkle and the Sanibel Lighthouse.

Beach Cottages are 26 gulf front units within the gorgeous South Seas resort. Floorplans are 2 bedroom, 2 bath residences of 960 square feet. Top floor units are 2 bedroom, 3 bath units with a 2^nd level loft space and 1130 square feet in total.Daily rentals are allowed. Beach Homes are a group of 33 Gulf front beach homes within the South Seas Resort. Floorplans and square footages vary in size. Please call for the latest inventory and/or look at the homes listed for sale below. Beach homes can be rented by the week.  If purchasing a condo or home in South Seas Resort, there is an additional charge aside from the monthly maintenance fees. This fee varies by unit, it is the beach re-nourishment fee. This fee pays for dredging of sand from the bottom of the gulf and then redepositing it on the beach. Captiva is a narrow island and beach erosion is an ongoing process. Beach home owners who are part of the Resort program have access to all of the amenities including beach services including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas.

Six two bedroom two bath townhome units of 1109 square feet under air plus a 222 square foot lanai. Residents enjoy the use of a pool and the Villas have a liberal pet policy allowing two pets. The rental minimum is 30 days. It’s just minutes on and off the island for the person who wants easy access to the airport and the Fort Myers area. Beach Villas are a group of condos on the Gulf of Mexico within South Seas Resort. 160 in total, they included Gulf Beach Villas (40), Sunset Beach Villas (48), & Beach Villas III (72). Beach Villas offers one bedroom to three bedroom floorplans ranging from 750 square feet to 1500 square feet in size. Some top floor units have loft space as well. Beach Villas allows daily rentals.  South Seas Resort offers free trolley service giving residents access to all 330 acres of the resort.  In addition, the resort has a guard gate and 24 hour security.
