Fortunately, because of the demand for Sanibel Real Estate, we have the opportunity to listen to Buyers & Sellers comments on market conditions. A recent Buyer, expressed concern that time was her enemy……..and she felt that prices will increase as we go into the “season.”

Here is my view on pricing when the prices stabilize: Houses for sale on the market today, just 21 Units. When you start to see the inventory increase to 40-45 homes and growing…..to me, that is an indicator for a more “normal” market condition.

The same prediction holds true for the Condo market: Only 19 Units on the market……When the inventory increases to 38-40 Units I view that as a signal that the market is beginning to stabilize.
