In 1981, my wife Ann and I made the decision to move away from the cold temperatures of Riverview, Michigan to sell real estate on Sanibel Island. I have been a full-time broker on Sanibel for over 24 years. During that period, I have participated in over 200 million in Sanibel and Captiva real estate sales including beachfront estates, Gulf-front condominiums, canal homes and vacant lots. Let my knowledge of, and experience with Sanibel’s land use plan benefit you in your next purchase. Professionally, I served on the Sanibel–Captiva Realtor Association for six years, developing a solid working relationship with other island Realtors. I enjoy learning as much as I can about the local and national real estate market.
Ann Gee

Ann is originally from Livonia, Michigan. She met her husband John in 1967 and never looked back. Ann and John Sr. have been married for 48 years.
Prior to becoming a full time Realtor with John Gee and Company in 2001, Ann worked as a Registered Nurse for many years including a career as a nurse at the Ford Motor Company Stamping plant in the Detroit area. She is consistently in the top 5% in sales transactions on Sanibel Island. Her goal is to bring value to her clients by investing the time to preview all of the condos and houses for sale on Sanibel Island.
Ann is known for answering her cell phone calls day and night and returns all calls and emails promptly. She is also very conscious of her client’s confidentiality.
In addition to being a Top Producer, Ann’s listings sell faster and closer to the listing price than the Multiple Listing System average.
Ann is also a designated Certified Negotiator. Ann has received many testimonials from former clients (see below).
On a personal note, Ann enjoys going to the movies, playing golf with her husband and competing in the Dunes tennis league.
